Every instrument needs to be calibrated at regular intervals. The standard norm across nearly every industry is annual calibration. Before your DEWEnet data acquisition system is delivered, it is calibrated. Detailed calibration reports for your DEWEnet system can be requested. We retain them for at least one year, after system delivery.
Customer statisfaction is our highest priority. We support our customers wherever we can to ensure perfect measurements. Beside our Support Hotline we also offer our customers: On-Site Training, In-House Training and Comissiong services. The training can be individually designed to fit exactly your needs. A mixture of theoretical background information and measuring at practical test objects ensures effective training process.
